I am a Black woman building my career in the pharmaceutical industry and the founder of #BlackGirlInPharma, a platform created to bring visibility, clarity, and community to Black women navigating careers in pharma.

Through my own journey, I experienced how powerful this industry is and how little guidance exists for students and early professionals trying to break in. I faced uncertainty, imposter syndrome, and steep learning curves, often without seeing people who looked like me or shared my experiences. That gap is what inspired me to create this playbook.

My work is rooted in honesty, lived experience, and the belief that success in pharma does not require perfection. It requires access to information, intentional strategy, and the confidence to take up space. Through #BlackGirlInPharma, I aim to help Black women move through the industry with clarity, purpose, and sustainability.
