Terms of Service
- Refund Policy – No refunds will be issued unless under extreme circumstances (e.g. broken/unusable product). All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- License of Use – Purchases are for personal or group use within Roblox only. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of assets outside the intended group or buyer is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property – All maps, assets, and content sold remain the intellectual property of the creator. Buyers receive usage rights, not ownership of the original files.
- Product Delivery – All products are delivered digitally. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the required tools and knowledge to use the content correctly.
- Bans & Violations – Any attempt to leak, resell, or misuse purchased content may result in a ban from future purchases and possible reporting to Roblox moderation.
