2. Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, or transferring any product

Uploading files to public or shared platforms

Including assets in any free or paid distribution

Claiming the product as your own work

This applies to both original and modified versions.

3. Anti-Leak / Anti-Rip Policy

Any form of leaking, ripping, extracting, or unauthorized access/distribution of files is strictly prohibited.

Uploading content in a way that allows extraction (including public avatars) is a violation of this agreement.

4. Commercial Use Restrictions

Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless explicitly stated in writing.

This includes (but is not limited to) commissions, paid avatars, bundles, or any profit-generating use.

5. Modifications

You may modify products for personal use only.

You may not distribute, sell, or share modified versions under any circumstances.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of products, no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.

7. User Responsibility & Liability

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your purchased files.

Any unauthorized distribution originating from your access—intentional or not—constitutes a breach of this agreement.

8. Enforcement

Violation of these terms may result in:

Immediate termination of your license

Permanent ban from the store and associated services

Revocation of access to all products without refund

Potential legal action where applicable

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of products constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

10. Agreement

By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
