When using textures/assets on an avatar YOU MUST credit by linking the product page or BlueHaru's shop.

When is Credit needed?

• For Commercial Use: YES
• When Streaming: NO
• For Public/Nitro/Free Models: YES (Please credit either within the avatar description or on the for-sale page)

• YOU MAY only use Textures/Assets made by BlueHaru on COMPLETE models for Commercial, Free, Public, Nitro & Commissions.
• YOU MAY use Textures/Assets for avatar commissions. (The creator being commissioned must own the commercial license to the product).
• YOU MAY make minor edits to Textures/Assets. You must seek permission from BlueHaru if you want to heavily edit a Texture/Asset.
• YOU MAY use Textures/Assets on personal models.

DONT ✘

• DO NOT redistribute any products made by BlueHaru. (This includes but is not limited to: trading, leaking, re-selling or asset farming)
• DO NOT claim BlueHaru's work as your own.
• DO NOT Asset Farm from purchased models for products made by BlueHaru.
• DO NOT price split when purchasing from BlueHaruu.
• DO NOT Share source files with anyone (friends, partners, uploaders, or third parties)
• DO NOT use products by BlueHaru for commercial resell without having a commercial license.
• DO NOT Use any products by BlueHaru for AI or machine learning systems.
• DO NOT use Textures/Assets made by BlueHaru for VTubing without granted permission. (Products are to be used for VRCHAT ONLY).
• DO NOT refuse to fill out the correct information at checkout. If you do not fill out your Discord Username & VRChat Username at checkout, (plus gift recipients information if gifting) your ability to access the files will be revoked & you will be furthermore banned from purchasing from BlueHaruu in the future.
