⋆ To have rights for a Nitro avatar to must boost the server one time FOR THE FULL MONTH.

🏵 If this is violated you will be banned and blacklisted from all future products.

⋆ The buyer can not claim product as there own.

⋆ No Distributing anything Bluwko sells or giveaways

⋆ Use of reselling my avatars is PROHIBITED

⋆ All sculpts used on Bluwko's avatars are personal and not for reuse or subject to editing.

⋆ Bluwko is not required to warn a user prior to banning if there is a violation in any terms listed.

⋆ What if I was gifted the Avatar? You (the person who will be using the avatar) has the rights to the avatar. However the buyer is responsible for filling on the required fields correctly, If something was wrongfully filled out please create a ticket in the discord server to correct it!

⋆ What if I need someone to upload it for me? See terms above any distributing packages or avatars is prohibited and you have agreed to have basic knowledge on unity to upload it yourself. NO EXCEPTIONS!

⋆ Will you ever make quest avatars? I am working on learning new things but with constant updates it gets difficult thank you for your patience. T^T

⋆ What if I have two or more Vrchat accounts? First of all weirdo. Second of all when buying the avatar one of the feilds you must fill out is Vrchat user name please include ALL accounts.

🏵 I AM SUBJECT TO ASK FOR PROOF OF THESE ACCOUNTS IF THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED IT WILL RESULT IN A BLACKLIST/BAN ON ALL ACCOUNTS LISTED.
