Hey, I'm Taylor! I'm a fitness coach, mom of two, and someone who completely transformed my life through fitness, discipline, and consistency.

I know what it feels like to start from a place of insecurity, exhaustion, self-doubt, and feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice online. I also know what it feels like to rebuild yourself mentally and physically, one workout, one habit, and one decision at a time.

Over the years, I’ve lost weight, built lean muscle, improved my relationship with food, and developed a lifestyle that actually feels sustainable. My training style focuses on creating strong, confident, athletic physiques without extreme restrictions or unrealistic expectations. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not consume it.

My programs are designed for real people with real schedules. Whether you’re a beginner walking into the gym for the first time, someone rebuilding confidence after life changes, or someone wanting to level up physically and mentally, I want you to feel supported every step of the way.

I created these programs to give people the structure, guidance, and motivation I wish I had when I first started. My goal isn’t just to help you change your body, it’s to help you become stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally.
