Hello everyone! I am Alice, the founder/designer/making/marketing/shipping of BouSidesign.
(Basically, it’s only me working in the small handmade brand but I feel a bit weird of saying I, so let’s say We.)
Why are we here at Payhip?
We are a small handmade brand starting from 2018. Etsy and the local market were always our place to sell. Lots of happy customers gave us 5 stars reviews and we were growing slowly at Etsy.
To be honest, our order amount in Etsy was not huge enough for living but we were happy with it since it’s quite an interesting platform. We haven’t thought of moving or setting up our own store until today Feb, 2024.
Just right after the Lunar New Year, we turned back our shop from Vacation mode to Open, and we were informed that our shop was shut down! We were very shocked and scared!!! We filed an appeal and Etsy just emailed us that the result won’t be changed and they won’t share the internal discussion.
There is nothing we can do so we have to move on!
We are now selling at another handmade & design focus platform called Pinkoi, it’s just like Etsy but targets the Asian market. And we are opening here at Payhip.
With all the good feedback from our customers, we strongly believe that our work is fine! We give 100% love and care to our shop and this was very frustrating.
Anyway, the show must go on and we are determined to build a better brand, providing better products and services to our lovely clients.
It’s a NEW CHAPTER for BouSi in 2024.
