For all the fabric items, I design & sew them by myself. All the products are handmade (except the stickers).

I usually need 2-5 days to send out the order. Most of the products in the shop have 1-2 stocks, and I try my best to keep everything ready for shipping. If any item is shown as sold out, we will work on the production and restock it. 

Yes, I accept tailor made order. Based on my current design, there can be adjustment on size.

Most, but not all countries. We use the Hong Kong post office as main delivery services. If your country is not available in the HK post office mail list, we are not able to send out the parcel.

For most of the countries (US, Canada, Australia , New Zealand, Europe Countries, UK, Japan, Taiwan, etc), we will use Airmail with tracking numbers. 

If you’re not sure, you are welcome to send us an email or contact through IG. We will check it for you.

It will be around 10-30 days depending on your location. 

We will try our best to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unpredictable factors such as poor weather conditions, peak delivery season (especially from Nov to Dec). 

Delivery time:

Asia: 7-15 days

Europe: 15–20 days

USA & Canada: 18-30 days

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:

1. Check the tracking no in HK post website: We will provide tracking no for each order and you may check from the HK post office website. 
2. In the case of a missed delivery, please contact us through email or dm us in IG. For further assistance, we will be happy to assist you. 

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services. It’s a free service and we will try our best to make it special.
