My Story

Hi there! My name is Talibah Branch and I am the founder of Branch Of Life Wellbeing, a business that focuses on relieving stress and promoting overall wellbeing. As someone who has personally experienced the negative effects of stress on my health, I am passionate about helping others find ways to manage stress and live happier, healthier lives.

Growing up, I always struggled with stress and anxiety. I found myself constantly worrying about the future and feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. This stress began to take a toll on my physical and mental health, leading to issues like anxiety, asthma attacks, chronic pancreatitis flare ups, and depression.

Determined to take control of my health, I began to explore different methods for managing stress. I tried everything from meditation and yoga to aromatherapy and massage. While some of these practices helped to some extent, I still found myself struggling to find lasting relief.

It wasn't until I discovered Bread Therapy that I truly began to see a positive change in my health. Bread Therapy, which involves using the process of baking bread as a form of therapy, helped me to connect with my senses and focus on the present moment. Through this practice, I found a sense of calm and peace that I had never experienced before.

Inspired by my own experience, I decided to start Branch Of Life Wellbeing as a way to share the benefits of Bread Therapy and other stress-relief practices with others. I believe that everyone deserves to live a happy, healthy life free from the negative effects of stress.
