Could it be POTS?

Did you know:

Common Symptoms:

  • Dizziness and lightheadedness: Often especially
  • when standing up (orthostatic intolerance).
  • Heart palpitations
  • Chest Pain and tightness
  • shortness of breath/air hunger
  • Blood pooling in hands and legs/feet
  • Fainting/ presyncope
  • Chronic fatigue: Persistent exhaustion, even with
  • rest.
  • Frequent toilet visits
  • blurred vision or snow
  • feeling weak and lethargic
  • vertigo
  • Digestive issues: Such as nausea, bloating,
  • constipation, or diarrhea.
  • unstable blood pressure
  • Feeling too hot or too cold, sweating issues.
  • Difficulty concentrating, memory problems
  • Exhaustion but insomnia
  • Headaches or migraines: Common and can be
  • debilitating.
  • tremors - internal and external
