In 2018, I knew I was called to build something of my own. I had the vision, the drive, and the passion—but I was confused about how to make it legal. Like many founders, I found myself piecing information together from Google, unsure if I was doing things correctly, and moving forward without the legal protection and structure my vision deserved.

That experience changed everything. I knew firsthand what it felt like to have the calling and the commitment, but not the roadmap. And it was through that journey that my passion was born—to help entrepreneurs, churches, and nonprofit founders properly establish their organizations with clarity, compliance, and confidence.
