Saye Menlekeh Taryor (Brother Saye)

Brother Saye, "Saye Menlekeh Taryor," is the CEO of 1up Ent. LLC. The Atlanta-based company was formed in 2002 and is the parent company of "The 1up Atlanta Examiner" and "STRICE Logistics." The Atlanta-born entrepreneur graduated from Piney Woods Country Life School (a historically black boarding school, located in central Mississippi) in 1992. He enrolled in the University of Southern Mississippi, where studied journalism while working his way to becoming the sports editor for the school paper, "The Student Printz." Brother Saye would eventually transfer to Georgia State University. While in Atlanta, he was known for interviewing celebrities and organizations while working as a writer for "So Fresh Magazine." He later worked as a beat writer for "The Baltimore Examiner" for several years.
