Terms of Service & Acceptance

All products provided through Browns Media are digital products only. No physical items will be supplied. Products may include graphics packs, videos, images, and other digital media.

Payments are processed through Payhip, unless otherwise agreed. Orders will only be started or fulfilled once payment has been successfully received. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable terms and refund policy.

Graphics Packs

All graphics pack sales are final. Once payment has been completed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

Images & Videos

For image and video purchases, refund requests may be made within 12 hours of payment. Any refund is subject to approval and, if accepted, will be issued to the original payment method. After the 12-hour period has passed, all sales are considered final.

Due to the digital nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not available. Cancellations for custom orders may only be accepted if specifically agreed with Browns Media beforehand.

Purchased files are provided solely for the customer who purchased them. You may not share, leak, publicly distribute, upload, give away, resell, trade, or transfer purchased products without prior permission from Browns Media.

You may not redistribute original or edited versions of purchased files or claim them as your own work.

All graphics, videos, images, and other creative works remain the intellectual property of their respective creator. Purchasing a product grants you permission to use the files for the agreed purpose only and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original work.

Purchases generally allow use for personal projects or a single Discord/FiveM server unless otherwise agreed. Any commercial use, including monetisation, advertising, business promotion, or resale, requires prior permission and may require a separate commercial licence or agreement.

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving an order may be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions. This may result in permanent blacklisting, removal from the community, refusal of future purchases or services, and relevant evidence being provided to Payhip or the applicable payment provider.

Where appropriate, matters may also be referred to external services such as BCH (British Clanning Hub) or STORM Systems.

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in permanent removal from the server, blacklisting from future purchases, refusal of future services, or other appropriate action.

Serious breaches may also be referred to relevant external services where necessary.

By completing a purchase through Browns Media, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Browns Media reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Continued use of our services following any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
