** CAN DOS: **

 - Add credits to the avi in the description. { [Avi Name] Avi By: Buggy_Bento } if you buy the pack!

 - You are allowed to make Public or Personal Edits with my Base Files! Giving proper cedits of course! 

 - You are allowed to make assets for my avis HOWEVER! This does not mean you can:

   - Re-sell, Make P2U Avatar edits with my bases, or Take parts and mash them with others models! "

  - The assets can not include the original model base, parts, toggles, ect and must be made by you!

** EDITS: **

 - You are allowed to Make public edits! With any of my models bases! HOWEVER!!! There must be obvious changes to the model! 

 - Add credits to the avi in the description. { Edits By: Y/N , [Avi Name] Avi By: Buggy_Bento } 

 = Recolors, texture swaps, are ok! please just dont color my model blue and make it public qnq. put in a lil effort is all i ask!

 = Outfit changes, Toggle changes, ect are ok.

 = Adding assets, parts, and stuff is fine! 

 = DONT Frakinstine my models! i will blacklist you for this! Its rude! >:/ other creators TOS matter to guys!

 = Please do not upload the raw avi as a public! This is dumb, mean, and over-all defeats the reason it was p2u. I will blacklist you for this! >:/

 = Please do not include any of the p2u parts! The base is free to use, but not the stuff i added to make it p2u! 

 = Usuing the pre-made parts is ok, but please change them! 

[ex: Usuing the base dress to make a new dress from the OG mesh is ok!] 

[ex: Coloring the dress black and keeping it the same as a public is not ok!]

 ┇ Share the original files with anyone who has not bought the files themselves. 

 ┇Upload to ANY ONE WHO DID NOT BUY THE AVI! UNLESS THE OTHER OWNS THE FILES THEMSELVES! 

 ┇Make NSFW EDITS UNLESS ITS A PRIV AVI!

 ┇Claim the avi as ur own!

 ┇Take out the LOGO box. you may move it, but CAN NOT delete it! if the avi has one! 

 ┇Give to ANY KIND OF RIPPER! OR SELL TO RIPPERS!

  - if you are found doing so you will be banned. 

 ┇Do Not Have Ripped Models On Your Account And / Or Rip Models Yourself.

┇Any Personal Avatar commissions will be done for only 18+ individuals!! I will not do commissions for anyone under that age for legal and personal reasons!!

This does not apply for custom commissioned ***OCs***. You have your rights, and you may publicize them if desired.

┇ If you are rude, inconsiderate, or impatient, that gives the right for me to stop any projects i am doing, and possibly blacklist you from purchasing as well.

I do not Personally Hand out files !!!! so if you got it from anyone for free it is a ripped file!!!

**REFUND POLICY**

┇Refunds will **only** be valid if a customer purchases and request a refund BEFORE I START ANY AVATARS!!

┇Refunds will not be given if the customer is unsatisfied with the model, disappointed or just doesn't use the model anymore.

┇When in the process of a refund, the model MUST be deleted off of the account **FIRST**. We do not do "refund first, remove model later".

┇I Have a right to say *NO* If I am not comfortable making a avatar/ or uploading a avi for anyone. 

Also this applies for if you have a nasty rep. Behind 

(Examples: Pedo, Ripper, Drama. ECT) I will NOT REFUND YOU! 

┇Avatars or files you buy from my shops have a TOS in the file!! For each individual file. So please read them over and look at them if you purchase anything from my shop!

** GIFT GIVING ** 

┇ If you would like to gift someone an avatar of mine please USE THE GIFT OPTION!

┇ If you buy it from Kofi, Gumroad, or Payhip please DM right after you By It if their is no gifting option!! This allows me to know and label the purchase as a "Gift" 

┇ All Gifts **Will be Uploaded By me or my team!** there is no:

  - Uploading it for yourself then the person who your giving it to 

  - Keeping the Unity packs for yourself after the purchase [ as you bought them for someone else] 

  - Giving the unity pack or files to whoever your gifting it to 

ECT
