Desiree Williams is a highly skilled braider and entrepreneur with years of experience in the beauty industry. She began braiding at just thirteen years old, and by her senior year of high school, she had built a steady clientele of classmates, family, and referrals—without realizing she was laying the foundation for a thriving business. While earning her bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising at Indiana University, Desiree mastered the art of turning her braiding skills into a full-time income, learning how to scale and sustain a profitable business.

After successfully expanding her brand across Indiana—from Gary to Indianapolis to Bloomington—Desiree took a bold step and moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to grow her business even further. Recognizing that she wanted to be more than just a braider, she pursued formal training in cosmetology, earning her license from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in 2023. Now, with a business operating in both Atlanta and Indiana, she is dedicated to helping other aspiring braiders turn their passion into a successful, full-time career.
