As an identical twin being born into a family where obesity and diabetes prevails, I guess you could say I wasn't the luckiest. What sucks even more is having had high cholesterol at the ages of 7 and 18.

However, what doesn't suck is having been able to turn my life around simply through exercise and feasting like a king. My vision is to provide a framework for others like you so that you can build your dream body and reach new levels of confidence like never before. How so? By teaching others how to eat like a beast without all the BS.
