At my heaviest, I weighed over 250 pounds, feeling stuck, frustrated, and battling low confidence, joint pain, and health concerns. But through persistence, small daily changes, and a commitment to bettering myself, I transformed my life—losing over 70 pounds and finding a new sense of energy, strength, and purpose.
