About Me
Brittany DeMarco-Furman is a fourth-generation funeral director at her family-owned business, Glenville Funeral Home. With a passion for finding light in life’s darkest hours, she educates and inspires through her channel Buried In Conversation and her written works as a published author in the Grief Experience: Tools for Acceptance, Resilience, and Connection. As a certified celebrant and public speaker, she creates one of a kind services to honor life and connect the audience. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Brittany co-founded the Capital Region Nurse Honor Guard to recognize healthcare heroes. Beyond her funeral service work, she’s a proud Rotarian and Paul Harris Recipient, BHBL Giving Tree Board Member, event coordinator, and founder of Bring Back Magic, a local fundraiser beloved by her community. Her greatest role is as a mother.
