I'm a Business Coach supporting small business owners who feel overwhelmed. My goal is to give you clarity and confidence with decision making.

This may sound a bit geeky, but I have always loved the world of business. For me, it's not just about making money, it's the stories and the people behind the businesses - the ideas, risks, hard work and determination that it takes to turn a dream into reality.

When I was 14 years old, I got my first job in a small hairdressers and I loved it.

I worked there every Saturday for 6 years, washing hair, sweeping floors, making cups of tea. I never wanted to be a hairdresser, but I was fascinated by what it took to run a small business.

The customer experience, building relationships, managing staff, organising stock, solving problems, and creating a place people wanted to come back to (this was way before social media).

I went on to study Business Management at The University of Liverpool, and built my career in a range of management, operations and commercial roles.

After developing my knowledge and experience, I decided to start my own business in manufacturing, retail and e-commerce, and now coaching.

So I understand business from both sides, as an employee, a leader and a business owner.

But the main reason I coach?

I love seeing small business owners succeed. Watching someone turn an idea into something they are proud of is so rewarding, and if I can be a small part of that journey for you, I'd love to be.
