About Me

I spent 15 years in healthcare operations, but my most important lesson didn’t come from my work it came from my own mirror.

​With a family history of obesity (BMI over 40) I knew I wanted a different path for myself. I’ve lived the struggle, done the work, and successfully transitioned from BMI 31 to a healthy, sustainable BMI of 24.

​Through my own experience and my professional background, I realized that the best weight loss results happen when we support the body from the inside out. When you lose weight quickly, your body needs extra care to maintain muscle strength and skin elasticity.
