I’m Hossam SHAHIN, founder of CADC – Career & Academic Development Center. My work focuses on helping students and young professionals access international scholarships, fellowships, academic programmes, and global mobility opportunities.

My own journey has included several international academic and professional experiences, including NESA UGRAD in the USA (2011), Bielefeld University Fellowship in Germany (2013), AIESEC Singidunum (2014), BioCamp in Switzerland (2015), EIFFEL Excellence in France (2020), the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals (2024), and Erasmus+ in Germany (2026).

Through CADC, I aim to turn that experience into practical guidance for others—helping applicants strengthen their academic profiles, write better applications, choose suitable programmes, and build a clearer path toward international education and career opportunities.

My goal is simple: to make global opportunities more accessible, understandable, and achievable for ambitious students and professionals.
