Hi, I'm Caitlin Ragoonanan! π
I am 25 years old and proudly claim both Trinidad & Tobago πΉπΉ and the United States πΊπΈ as home. Fitness has become a huge part of my life, not only because of the physical results I've achieved, but because of the confidence, discipline, and self-love it has helped me build along the way.
I am passionate about body positivity and empowering others to feel confident in their own skin. I firmly believe that everyone can achieve the body they desire with consistency, hard work, and dedication. There is no secret formula, just a commitment to showing up for yourself every day and trusting the process.
