• Use your purchased avatars/assets in content featuring your own usage

• Modify assets for personal, non-commercial use

You may modify the avatar to your liking; however, credit is requested if used in photos, showcases, or other public content.

♱ 3. PROHIBITED USE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, leak, or upload files or assets

• Claim the work or assets as your own

• Upload products to public libraries or redistribution platforms ( Such as VRMODELS, RIPPERSTORE ETC)

• Use full product files for any commercial purpose without written permission

• Remove watermarks

• Remove assets from avatars and apply them to your own. Please respect creators and support them by purchasing assets from their appropriate stores.

• Take my sculpts, or commissioned sculpts, from the avatars I make. If you open a ticket in Discord, I may be willing to sell them separately with proof of purchase of the head/body base.

♱ 4. COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use of any product, asset, or derivative work requires EXPLICIT WRITTEN PERMISSION from the creator.

Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided after purchase.

Fair use for commentary, criticism, or review is respected where applicable under law.

However, I reserve the right to request credit or removal of personal images, including avatars or likenesses depicting me.

Unauthorized or uncredited use may be subject to takedown requests.
