With over 25 years as an educator and wellness professional, I bring science and soul together—helping individuals strengthen their mind–body connection through movement, breath, and evidence-based brain training.
My programs—such as Movement for Neuroplasticity, Thrive Mindfully, and Dancing for Brain Fun—combine rhythm, coordination, and laughter to awaken memory, focus, and vitality at any age. Each class is gentle, accessible, and joyful, making brain–body fitness something everyone can enjoy.
