Cowie bus and coach was formed by Ashton, formerly Transport Sales

Cowie bus and coach's parent company Cowie has operated Bus services since December 2019. in 2023 it was decided to open a Sales Division to allow more revenue to be produced to provide more investment in the bus service division.

In 2024 Transport Sales merged into PSV Marketplace, which Cowie Bus and Coach still works closely with.
