We promote transformation of the mind, body, and spirit by uplifting others and helping people around the world achieve their personal and professional goals. This is currently being accomplished through training, coaching, and consulting.

With over 25 years of experience across various industries, Tomeria brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. She holds a master's degree in Learning and Performance Technology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics from Old Dominion University. With her inspiring messages, Tomeria Jordan is committed to helping individuals discover their true potential, find healing and restoration, and live a purposeful and confident life.

She is also the founder and managing director of Confident Connotations, which sells apparel and lifestyle products that inspires life and sparks conversations.

Tomeria is no stranger to the arts and has a background in dance, acting, and modeling. She is a graduate of the Appomattox Regional Governor’s School for the Arts and Technology and made history as Valedictorian of the High School’s first graduating class in June 2002.
Tomeria has over 20 years of dance experience and decided to blend her love for dance with group fitness in 2011 when she became a licensed Zumba instructor. She went on to earn her Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group Fitness Instructor certification and MIXXEDFIT Instructor License in 2014. Tomeria is a very engaged and inspiring instructor and takes pride in making each class participant feel special.
