My name is Colin Hart. I'm a real estate marketer and investor out of Windsor, Ontario Canada.

 

I started investing in 2016 and since then, have built a moderately sized real estate portfolio. Being a young man, money and down-payments were the most difficult thing to achieve in the beginning. It is through this issue I decided to become creative in the way I manage, built and follow through on deals. 

 

The beautiful thing about real estate, as long as you will put the work in, you can achieve A LOT with a little money and creativity!
