In our chaotic, fast paced, world, our nervous systems easily become over stimulated. Stress, one of the main instigators of inflammatory processes, can run rampant. As the mind and body run rampant, it's makes it harder to connect to spirt and hear from the soul. Fight or flight is real. Name it to Tame it work is a step. Rest to digest is part of health. To get there we encourage people to engage in the expressive arts, in moving motion, active engagement, that allows the mind, body and spirit to do what it needs and find a place of ultimate stillness and exhale.... and allow a new breath for a new day.
We are not here to Master the craft.
We are here to Master the moment.
