To get there we encourage people to engage in the expressive arts, in moving motion, active engagement, that allows the mind, body and spirit to do what it needs and find a place of ultimate stillness and exhale.... and allow a new breath for a new day.

These resources are created from a holistic, mind-body-spirit perspective, using guided imagery, meditation, reflection and multiple art making methods for restoration, catharsis and deeper understanding of ourselves.

Inspirational, One of A Kind Gift Ideas & Motivators

I offer customized, personalized, art pieces created from a meditative, channeled state where I can hear messages and allow the flow of spirit into art media that reveals Spirit Guides and Ancestors to appear. Blessings and prayers are channeled and written either into the work or on a separate sheet for you to have.

This process involves a consultation session, virtual or in person, where we meet, chat, and move into prayer and blessing. After I return to my studio, I engage in the process silently and create the art.

For Blessing Bags, we have a platica (heart to heart conversation) and in the process identify what healing stones, symbolic charms and healing herbs will be a part of your bag and the textile collage that makes it. I create your bag and in the process scribe the blessing that comes with it and it rolled as a scroll in the bag.

The final personalized piece I offer is a Prayer Mandala Portal. The process is similar as the others, and what results is an intricate, unique mandala with a talisman object in the center fusing the energy of the prayer between worlds.
