At ColliDutt Designs, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our policy before placing an order.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized, monogrammed, embroidered, printed, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please double-check all names, initials, sizes, colors, and order details before submitting your order.
Clothing & Boutique Items
Non-custom boutique clothing may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage.
Original tags must still be attached.
Item must be returned in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at colliduttdesigns@yahoo.com with:

We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Preorders
Preorder items are ordered specifically for customers and are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. Estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to manufacturing and shipping delays outside of our control.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production or ordering may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Once a package has been marked as delivered, any issues must be addressed with the carrier directly.
