About me
As a woman in her multiple daily roles, I discovered that drawing kept anxiety and stress at bay. By coloring, I enjoyed pleasant moments alone or in the company of my friends and my nephews. I realized how difficult it was for me to be a little bit calm with myself while drawing. The routine is so overwhelming that we forget about ourselves; in my case, it was hard for me to stop doing things, whether at work or at home, or checking whatever topic on my phone or computer. This situation causes many issues for health.
I took time to color and then, I started painting with acrylic paint, applied mixed technique using colored pencils, pen, charcoal, I allowed myself to experiment. This allowed me to observe that coloring, both in children and in adults, is a powerful tool to de-stress, take a moment to relax, and develop creativity.
Since it has generated a lot of well-being for me, it seems ideal to help others to be able to enjoy all the benefits that coloring provides. My goal is for others to be able to enjoy the joy, creativity, and learning that coloring brings to your life.
