Hi, I'm Cara, the founder of CO Virtual Services and the person behind The Start Up Road Map.

I've spent over 10 years supporting CEOs, founders, senior leaders and high-profile individuals across a range of industries. In May 2025 I took everything I'd learned supporting other people's businesses and started my own.

I know what it feels like to sit at the beginning of that journey and be excited, overwhelmed, and quietly wondering if you're doing it right. I also know that most of the guides out there are either written by people who haven't quite been there yet, or by professionals whose job it is to make it sound complicated.

That's why I created The Start Up Road Map. To give you the kind of honest, practical, experience-led guidance I wish someone had handed me, without the jargon, without the overwhelm, and without assuming you have a huge budget to get started.
