Terms & Conditions & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms & Conditions, together with this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”), govern the use of CSGWorks products (“Product” or “Products”), including but not limited to Roblox files, assets, and scripts. By downloading, installing, or using the Product, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Product.
1. Definitions
- Licensor: CSGWorks, the creator and distributor of the Product.
- Licensee: The individual or entity that has obtained the Product under this Agreement.
- Product: All files, assets, and related materials provided by CSGWorks, whether in RBXM, RBXL, or other Roblox-compatible formats.
2. Grant of License
- Hosting: You may upload the Product to a secure and reliable host (e.g., Roblox Studio or Roblox-approved services) for the sole purpose of using the Product in accordance with this Agreement.
- Commercial Use: You may use the Product in commercial projects, including those generating revenue, provided such use complies with Roblox Terms of Service.
- Modification: You may modify or adapt the Product to suit your specific project needs.
3. Restrictions
- Resale & Relicensing: You may not resell, relicense, sublicense, or transfer the Product to third parties.
- Redistribution: You may not distribute, share, or otherwise make the Product available to anyone not directly involved in a project requiring its use. You are fully responsible for preventing unauthorized access or leaks.
- Compliance: You must not use the Product in violation of Roblox Terms of Service, Community Standards, or applicable law.
4. Customer Support
CSGWorks will provide customer support for the Product. However, support may be denied in cases where the Licensee has been banned or removed from the Licensor’s official support server.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided except where:
- The Product fails to function as described, and
- The Licensee has promptly notified CSGWorks of the issue, and
- CSGWorks is unable to provide a timely fix or resolution.
6. Termination
CSGWorks reserves the right to revoke this license if the Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in their possession.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. CSGWorks does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Product and will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, exploit interference, downtime, or revenue loss, arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by generally accepted principles of online commerce and digital licensing. In the event of any dispute, both CSGWorks (Licensor) and the Licensee agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where applicable, Roblox’s Terms of Service and Community Standards shall take precedence over any conflicting provisions within this Agreement.
9. Intellectual Property & Enforcement
All Products remain the intellectual property of CSGWorks. The Licensee is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use the Product in accordance with this Agreement.
If a license is revoked due to violation of these terms, CSGWorks reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:
- Filing DMCA takedown notices against infringing assets uploaded to Roblox or any other platform.
- Requesting Roblox moderation to remove unauthorized use of CSGWorks Products.
- Restricting or prohibiting the Licensee from future access to CSGWorks Products or services.
The Licensee acknowledges that unauthorized use, redistribution, or resale of the Product constitutes infringement and may result in enforcement actions.
10. Updates to Agreement
CSGWorks reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
