By purchasing and using this product, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage License

All files theSTL files, designs, and accompanying materials, are provided under a license and are not sold or transferred to you as property.

Each STL product includes a Artisan Commercial License, unless otherwise stated.

This license allows you to use the design to create and sell physical handmade products, such as cakes, edible creations, candles, ceramics, soap, or other artisanal products.

Please note that the included mold box files are designed primarily for cake and pastry use. For candles, ceramics, soap, or other non-food applications, Cake3D Academy does not guarantee that the included mold box will be suitable for every intended use, finish, material, or production method.

The buyer may need to design, adapt, or create a different mold box at their own discretion and responsibility.

2. Commercial Artisan License

A Commercial Artisan License is included, allowing the sale of finished physical products made using Cake3D Academy designs.

This includes, but is not limited to:

 • Cakes and edible creations

 • Candles

 • Ceramics

 • Soap

 • Other physical products made using the design

Commercial use is limited to small-scale artisanal production unless prior written approval is granted by Cake3D Academy. Permitted small-scale artisanal sales may be conducted through personal websites, local shops, markets, restaurants, social media, and online stores.

3. Restrictions Applicable to the License

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Cake3D Academy, the following restrictions apply to all products, files, designs, granted by Cake3D Academy.

You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute, or otherwise transfer the STL files or digital content

 • Upload the files online or make them publicly available

 • Modify, redistribute, or present the files, whether in original or modified form, as your own

 • Sell or give away silicone molds made from these designs

 • Use the designs for large-scale distribution, mass manufacturing, wholesale, retail chains, franchise networks, or industrial production without prior written approval

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, files, course content, videos, documents, and accompanying materials remain the intellectual property of Cake3D Academy.

Purchasing a product grants a usage license, not ownership.

5. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

The buyer is solely responsible for the proper and safe use of the files, including correct 3D printing, safe mold-making practices, and compliance with food-safe practices where applicable. Cake3D Academy shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, loss, injury, defect, printing error, mold failure, or other issue resulting from misuse, improper handling, incorrect settings, unsuitable materials, or failure to follow proper technical, safety, or food-safe procedures.

6. Scope of Use

If the buyer’s use complies with the permitted scope at the time of purchase but later expands beyond the permitted license conditions, the buyer must obtain prior written approval from Cake3D Academy and, if required, purchase the appropriate license before continuing such use.

Cake3D Academy reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably and in accordance with the applicable license terms, whether the buyer’s use falls outside the permitted personal, non-commercial, artisanal, or limited commercial scope.

7. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once the product has been purchased, delivered, or accessed.

8. Changes

Cake3D Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any such changes will apply only to purchases made after the updated terms become effective, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The version of the terms in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that purchase.
