Agreement: By accessing our store or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

What we sell: Digital products (Excel uncertainty templates, calibration budget worksheets, and PDF/Word ISO 17025 guides), delivered via Payhip; and consulting (measurement uncertainty advisory, ISO 17025 gap analysis, and audit-preparation support).

Digital product terms: Products are delivered instantly via a download link after payment. You receive a single-user license for use within your organization. No resale, redistribution, or sharing outside your organization. Files are provided in Excel, Word, and/or PDF format; confirm you have the required software before buying.

Payments and taxes: All payments are processed through Payhip (Stripe/PayPal). Prices are shown in USD. Applicable EU/UK VAT and US/Canada sales tax are calculated and handled automatically by Payhip at checkout. Consulting fees are agreed separately.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers): Digital products are delivered immediately. By completing your purchase and starting the download, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation once the download has begun.

Refunds: All sales are final once the product has been downloaded. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property: All content and files are the intellectual property of CalProGLOBAL. No copying, reproduction, or distribution without written permission.
