All items may be exchanged for a different size/returned for store credit with the exception of:
- Undergarments, including bras and underwear, cannot be returned/exchanged for any reason due to hygiene standards :( We strongly encourage those not confident in their sizing to wait to purchase in person at a future con!
- B-grade/ damaged discount items, which are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
All other items may be exchanged for a different size or redeemed for store credit by contacting us within 3 days of delivery! Clothing must be unwashed and unworn :)
U.S. addresses must pay return shipping, but the exchanged item will be sent free of charge!
International orders must pay all shipping costs!

Please contact us asap with photos and a description of the damage, and we'll do our best to find a solution that works! We inspect all orders before shipping, though a few mishaps may sneak by :(
Small cosmetic defects that do not damage the overall look or integrity of the item are to be expected and do not qualify as damaged.

Absolutely! Our standard packaging is usually a pastel colored bubble mailer with some sfw stickers stuck around! If you require super discreet packaging in the form of a plain white bubble mailer with no stickers, please request this during checkout in the 'Notes to Seller' section :)

Yes! All international orders (anyone outside of the United States) will be sent a separate invoice for shipping, to the same email listed within their order :)
Please note, the order will not be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred.
