Hey Everyone and welcome here…


I’m Kerry, Breathwork Coach, Yoga Teacher and Sound Therapist who has a huge love of all things health and wellness - I predominantly work with private clients, including couples and families who seek to manage and improve their own wellbeing. I also works with entrepreneurs and corporate organisations, helping to manage stress and anxiety in the workplace. 


I’ve created a series of audio breathing exercises designed to support your personal breathwork practice throughout your day - you only need five minutes in the morning, five minutes during your day and five minutes before bed to get started…
