❧ Refunds are not available due to the digital nature of the product.

❧ Violations of these Terms may result in revoked licenses, blacklist from future purchases, DMCA action, and removal of support access.

Avatar License Agreement & Terms of Service

Effective Upon Purchase

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any avatar (“Avatar”) created by Cam (“Creator,” “Seller,” “we”), you (“Customer,” “User”) agree to comply with the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms become effective immediately upon purchase or access to the Avatar files.

1. License Grant

Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Avatar for personal use only.

Purchasing this Avatar does not transfer ownership of:

❧ the character,

❧ design,

❧ meshes,

❧ textures,

❧ icons,

❧ materials,

❧ assets,

❧ or any included content.

All rights remain the property of Cam (or the asset creators).

This license may not be:

❧ transferred,

❧ sublicensed,

❧ shared,

❧ resold,

❧ copied,

❧ or redistributed in any form.

2. Uploading & Distribution

You may not:

❧ upload the Avatar publicly,

❧ upload the Avatar for another person,

❧ share package files,

❧ distribute edited versions,

❧or provide access to the files in any way.

This includes:

❧ friends,

❧ partners,

❧ groups,

❧ commissioners,

❧ or alternate accounts not owned by the original purchaser.

If gifting the Avatar, you must use the official gifting system provided by the storefront platform.

3. Asset Protection & Asset Mining

Asset mining is strictly prohibited.

You may not:

❧ extract,

❧ rip,

❧ separate,

❧ reuse,

❧ modify,

❧ port,

❧ trace,

❧ or redistribute

any part of the Avatar or included files for use in other projects.

This includes, but is not limited to:

❧ meshes,

❧ bodies,

❧ heads,

❧ hair,

❧ textures,

❧ materials,

❧ shaders,

❧ icons,

❧ clothing,

❧ accessories,

❧ animations,

❧ prefabs,

❧ or custom-made assets.

Purchasing this Avatar does not grant permission to use any included assets outside of the purchased Avatar itself.

Any reuse, repurposing, or extraction of assets for personal, public, or commercial projects is prohibited.

4. Edits & Commission Work

Personal edits are allowed.

However:

❧ the edited Avatar must remain private,

❧ the edit may not influence the main theme of the Avatar itself,

❧ and both the customer and editor must legally own the Avatar.

You may not send files to editors, uploaders, or third parties who do not own a valid license.

If you do not know how to upload the Avatar, support may be provided through official channels. Unauthorized third-party uploads are not permitted.

5. Content Creation & Media Usage

VTubing, streaming*, social media content, photography, videos, and other media usage are permitted.

Proper credit must be clearly provided when possible by including:

❧ the Avatar name,

❧ and credit to Cam.

Commercial redistribution or resale of the Avatar itself or any parts remains prohibited.

*The usage of the Avatar for VTubbing or Live Streaming is allowed with a commercial license and proper credit.

6. Prohibited Content

Use of the Avatar in NSFW, explicit, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, illegal, or malicious content is prohibited.

The Avatar may not be used for:

❧ sexual content,

❧ explicit roleplay media,

❧ adult advertising,

❧ or sexually explicit promotional material.

7. Support & Compatibility

Support is provided only to customers who comply with these Terms.

Cam is not responsible for:

❧ VRChat updates,

❧ Unity issues,

❧ third-party package conflicts,

❧ shader incompatibilities,

❧ or future technical problems caused by platform changes.

Future updates or fixes are not guaranteed.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of the product:

❧ refunds,

❧ returns,

❧ reversals,

❧ and chargebacks

are not accepted once access has been granted.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent loss of license and blacklist from future purchases.

9. License Termination

Violation of these Terms may result in:

❧ immediate termination of your license,

❧ permanent loss of support access,

❧ blacklist from future purchases,

❧ DMCA takedowns,

❧ and additional platform reports or legal action where applicable.

Upon termination, all copies of the Avatar and associated files must be permanently deleted.

Cam reserves the right to investigate any activity that reasonably suggests a violation of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to suspected leaking, unauthorized redistribution, account sharing, fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or any other behavior indicating misuse of the licensed product.

If clarification is required, Cam may contact the purchaser using the information provided during the purchase process. Failure to respond within 24 hours of my initial contact may be treated as a refusal to cooperate with the investigation.

In cases where fraudulent activity, false purchase information, suspicious behavior, or a violation of these Terms of Service is reasonably suspected or confirmed, I reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently revoke the license to use the product without prior notice and without refund.

License revocation may include removal from customer records, denial of future updates or support, blacklisting from future purchases, and any other measures reasonably necessary to protect my intellectual property.

10. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using this Avatar, you confirm that:

❧ you have read and understood these Terms,

❧ you agree to comply with them fully,

❧ and you acknowledge that these Terms form a binding agreement between you and Cam.

11. Platform Restrictions

These Avatars and all included assets are intended exclusively for use within VRChat.

You may not port, convert, upload, recreate, adapt, or use these Avatars or any of their parts for other games, platforms, applications, or services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

❧ IMVU,

❧ Second Life,

❧ The Sims,

❧ GTA/FiveM,

❧ Roblox,

❧ VSeeFace,

❧ Resonite,

❧ ChilloutVR,

❧ NeosVR,

❧ or any other external platform or game.

Extracting or converting parts of the Avatar for cross-platform usage is strictly prohibited.

Purchasing this Avatar does not grant rights for redistribution, conversion, or usage outside of VRChat unless explicitly stated otherwise by Cam in writing.

12. Truthful Information

By purchasing this product, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the purchase process, including but not limited to your VRChat username and Discord username, as requested.

This information is used to identify the licensed user of the product, provide customer support, verify ownership, and investigate potential cases of unauthorized distribution or misuse.

Providing false, incomplete, misleading, or intentionally incorrect information, refusing to provide the requested information, or impersonating another individual constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service. Any license obtained through false or fraudulent information is considered invalid and may be revoked without refund.

The purchaser acknowledges that the license is granted specifically to the individual identified by the information provided at the time of purchase and is not transferable.

DMCA & Copyright

All avatars, assets, graphics, textures, icons, and associated files created by Cam are protected under copyright law.

Unauthorized redistribution, leaking, ripping, extraction, resale, or re-uploading may result in:

❧ DMCA takedowns,

❧ revocation of licenses,

❧ removal from associated platforms,

❧ and further legal action where applicable.
