Rule 1 - You Are The Driver Of Your Bus

When I became a single mother of six so many were trying to "drive" my bus for me.  "Lesia you have to do this", "Lesia you have to do that" they would say to me.

Becoming a single mother of six (one still in the oven) was a major shift in my life. The last thing I wanted was people telling me what to do.  To be honest had I let them be the "driver" of my bus, I would not have been able to give my children all that I have been able to share.  I probably would have been one of the systems "statistics" and making all kinds of excuses as to why I "can't do" something instead of: how "I Can Do" something.

So I chose to be the "driver" of my own bus and basically told the other "drivers", Thank You but NO Thank You.

I chose to sell everything off, pay off my van and start traveling across the country.  We visited family and friends, attended business seminars, and made the most out of our radical shift.

Our travels began due to a decision I made to follow and attend business seminars across the USA.  I chose to use this time as a personal growth time.  We traveled from business seminar to business seminar so that I could grow as a person.  I desired to become more than just a single mom.  Not that there is anything wrong with single motherhood, I just didn't want that to become my title, my career, the only thing in my life.  Let's face it, children do grow up and do move out of the home.  I knew that I needed to make a change in my life.  What better change than to surround myself and my children with positive people who are making positive changes in their own lives as well as going places...Positive Places!!!

So Who Do You want "Driving" Your Bus?

You - Your Dreams, Your Desires, Your Goals!  Or someone else who "thinks" they know better than you - Where you should go?  What you should do?  How you should get there?

I chose to "drive" my own bus and I am definitely on the "Right Bus" for me.  Don't let others "drive" your bus

No matter where you are in life or what is going on in your life - It Is still YOUR BUS and YOU ARE THE "DRIVER" - So Go "Drive" Your Bus -

YOU CAN DO IT!!!
