All products are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.

We understand that issues can occasionally occur. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience:

• Difficulty downloading or opening your PDF

• Missing pages, damaged files, or formatting errors

• Receiving an incorrect product

• Content that is materially different from the product description

• Accidental duplicate charges

We will review your concern and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include technical assistance, a corrected file, replacement, or refund.

REFUND REQUESTS
