About Me

Hi, I’m Lena — a neuroscientist, medical sleep researcher, and family sleep consultant, and also a mum who knows what chronic sleep deprivation really feels like.

For over 16 years, I’ve studied sleep and brain health across all ages — from newborns and toddlers to adults struggling with insomnia, anxiety, and burnout. I hold two PhDs in neuroscience and sleep physiology, and I’ve worked in both academic and clinical settings, helping families and adults understand what’s actually happening in the brain when sleep falls apart.
