Carolyn Elizabeth Jones
Hi, I’m Carolyn.
I’m a family nurse practitioner by training, with a background in nursing and extensive experience in mental health. Over the years, I’ve also spent a significant amount of time studying the nervous system, human behavior, and how people move through stress, overwhelm, and emotional load in everyday life.
Alongside my clinical background, I’m also an author of a children’s book and a creative at heart. I love writing, music, and exploring the intersection between emotional awareness and practical, real-world tools that make life feel more manageable.
My work is shaped by both professional knowledge and lived experience. As a neurodivergent TBI survivor who has navigated complex PTSD and nervous system dysregulation, I understand what it feels like when life starts to feel heavy, fragmented, or difficult to complete.
The Loop Method™ was created from that intersection — clinical understanding, lived experience, and a need for something simpler. It’s designed to help you create small moments of completion so life feels less overwhelming and more workable.
Outside of this work, I live in Texas on a quiet ranch with my Doberman in a tiny home near a pond, where I continue to create, write, teach piano, and explore creative expression through painting and music.
This space is where I share tools for grounding, clarity, and creating a more sustainable way of moving through daily life.
💜 I’m glad you’re here.
