Have you ever wanted to know the inside story? My name is Celeste and I have an unusual blend of careers spanning allopathic medicine, government-military, environmental medicine, writing, and organic farming! That really is a mix and I love it!
I live in the Rocky Mountains in a rustic log home tending my organic farm. My niche is growing 100 different kinds of peppers and 50 different kinds of heirloom tomatoes and specializing in crops from around the world and different time periods.I even have a citrus orchard and extensive medicinal herbal gardens. I preserve my harvest primarily by dehydration and canning. I love to cook so I make delicious Farmer Fast Foods on my Amish wood cookstove. Just because we live in austere times does not mean that you cannot have delicious an flavorful, nutrient-dense foods. So my cooking reflects the same passion that I have for life. I use various planting methods and make use of extensive indoor gardens.
Zippy is my faithful companion a Golden Retriever. I raise Kinder goats and diverse blend of heritage chickens. Kinders are a cross between a Nubian and a Pygmy goat. They have wonderful dispositions.
In my spare, time I write weekly articles from inique inside sources. I just completed a book entitled, Electromagnetic Radiation Protection Solutions, God's Marvelous Protective Protections for the coming Nuclear and Cosmic Superstorm. I am also working on Catastrophism: Launching into Eternity, Confessions of a FEMA Insider. This August I began video broadcasts for my Patron's and have set up a platform for Live Coverage and Special Programs should the situation arise where they are needed.
Living in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains is truly a blessing. It is a rugged lifestyle that not many can endure, including minus 50 degree Fahrenheit winters. Breathtaking scenery and mountain ranges; a wide variety of wildlife from turkeys to grizzly bears; owls mysteriously appearing in my sealed chicken coop. One never knows what to expect!
I am a mom and a grandmother- with all the joys and tears those roles bring.
