OUR REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a purchase is completed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:

1. Instant Access & Non-Tangible Goods

• Digital products (PSD files, wallpapers, process videos) are available for immediate download. Once purchased, they cannot be "returned" as they are non-tangible and irrevocable.

1. Customer Responsibility

• Buyers are responsible for verifying their device compatibility, software requirements, and product descriptions (including preview images/videos) before purchasing.

1. Protection Against Misuse

• Digital art files can be easily duplicated or shared. To protect against unauthorized distribution, refunds cannot be issued after download.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• The product is undelivered due to a technical error on our end.
• The file is corrupted or unusable (contact us within 24 hours with proof).

What We Offer Instead of Refunds:

• Prompt technical support to resolve download or access issues.
• Replacement files if your purchase is defective or incomplete.
