My website has even more information about all my books. These include some notes on reading order, great places to start, and many lists with different kinds of main characters or situations. Check out the items under the Info menu for more!
I also have a public wiki which helps connects characters, makes it easier to find which books they appear in, and shares timelines and maps.
When you buy a book here on Payhip, you'll get an ePub file of the book. You can download this via the link provided in your receipt or account.
There are a whole lot of different ways people read ebooks (different devices, apps, and file management). I'm not able to provide detailed tech support on how to transfer the file to your particular device or app. I'm only one person and I don't know all of the different tool options and combinations!
Searching on terms like "send epub to [device/app name]" should get you the useful info for your device or app.
Of course, if you have any problems with the actual file, I'm glad to help with that however I can.
When you preorder a book here on Payhip, you'll pay for it at that time.
Your order will get forwarded to BookFunnel, the service I use to share many files. When release day comes, BookFunnel will send you an email (to the email you used to buy the book) with a link to download it.
They have useful information on how to download it and upload it to whatever reader you use for reading ebooks. (And if you get stuck, they've got people who can help you figure out your specific device.)
If there's any trouble after release date, absolutely drop me a note (celia@celialake.com) and I'm also glad to help figure out how to get you the file.
Once the book has come out, anyone buying it will get a copy of the file from Payhip (download it and send it to your device.)
Yes! You can find complete content notes for my books on my website (all in one place, grouped by series). You can also check out the content notes on a given book's page.
I include notes about common concerns as well as representation notes or other character details that might be considered spoilers.
