Terms of Service

Even though all of my avatars contain a terms of service in their description, I thought I'd add a dedicated Terms of Service page.

Concerning Avatars Made by Me: Follow and abide by the TOS sections listed on their product pages.

Concerning Assets Made by Me: Unless stated otherwise on the asset's page, do not use commercially/personally if obtained through other avatars/one of my avatars. You only have commercial/personal rights for the respective assets if purchased directly from my store. Custom textures for my assets can be made and sold, but you cannot include the original asset packaged with your textures. Edits of my assets, no matter how modified, cannot be sold on their own. You cannot resell my assets unless you have obtained commercial rights by purchasing the asset itself and only if it is part of completed models. My assets are for use ONLY on avatars meant to be used inside of VRChat. (If you would like to use my assets for other games, projects, etc, please contact me via my discord server.)

By purchasing/downloading any of my models/assets you agree to the following rules above. If said rules be broken, you are subject to be taken action against according to the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
