I make gentle digital tools for AuDHD/ADHD and sensitive nervous systems, especially for the days when life feels like too many open mental tabs.

Everything I create is calm, simple, and realistic. These aren’t “perfect productivity” planners. They’re reset kits that help you pause, regulate, and take one small next step, without shame.

Created with neurodivergent minds in mind, but helpful for anyone who feels overwhelmed and wants a gentle reset.
