Chanelle Morin is a mom of three, Certified Wellness Coach, and lover of simple, nourishing food. She’s passionate about creating a calm, grounded home where real-life meals and meaningful moments happen around the table. Chanelle lives at the lake with her family, two cats, and a dog, and spends her days homeschooling, walking, cooking, and supporting women through seasons of burnout, hormone imbalance, and healing.
This recipe book was born from her kitchen—created first for her kids, then shared with friends, and now passed on to you. It’s her way of saying: you don’t have to do it all, but a warm meal and a peaceful pace can go a long way.
