- All products sold are digital goods and are non-refundable
- You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the product
- Failure to follow these terms may result in:
- Revoked access to products
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- DMCA takedown and/or legal action
AVATAR TERMS
- Do NOT leak, share, price-split, or redistribute my packages
- Do NOT upload my work to file-sharing or piracy websites
- Do NOT make the avatar or any edited version of it public
- Do NOT take, reuse, or extract parts for personal or commercial use
- You may NOT:
- Upload, edit, or give the avatar to someone who does not own it
- Use the avatar for content creation without proper rights
- You MUST:
- Have basic knowledge of Unity and a compatible PC before purchasing
- Platform Restriction:
- Avatars may only be used in VRChat
- Uploading to other games/platforms is strictly prohibited
- Commercial Use / Streaming:
- Contact me for a free commercial/streaming license before use
- I am NOT responsible for:
- Unity or VRChat updates breaking the avatar
- Future compatibility issues or required fixes
ASSET TERMS
- Credit is REQUIRED Use my Payhip link.
You may NOT:
- Share, leak, or redistribute the asset files
- Resell assets as-is
You MAY use assets for:
- Personal avatars
- For-sale avatars
- Nitro avatars
- Public avatars
- Commissions Rule:
- Both the commissioner AND the client must purchase the asset individually
- You may NOT share the files between parties
- Assets priced $5 or under may be used on free avatars
REFUND POLICY
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be given due to the nature of digital products
ENFORCEMENT & LEGAL
- Any violation of this TOS may result in:
- Immediate removal of access
- Ban from ChaoticAngel store
- DMCA takedown requests
- Further legal action if necessary
FINAL AGREEMENT
