I currently ship everywhere except to: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovekia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.
I sadly had to suspend shipping to these EU countries because of EU packaging laws that require individual licenses in each country and make shipping too expensive and complicated for a small business. In the case of the UK, I had to stop because of Brexit, and for the US, because of tariffs.
Hopefully the EU will one day agree on a unified system to make things easier for us, however until then I have no choice but to suspend shipping to countries that require these expensive licenses.

For physical items, shipping prices are based on the weight of your order and your location. They are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped with La Poste as Lettre Verte and are fully tracked.
France › Between 3,20€ and 7,05€ depending on the weight of your order.
Rest of the world › Between 7.17€ and 17.84€ depending on the weight of your order.

All my products can be purchased using Paypal or your debit/credit card. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay though PayPal, all you need to do is select the Debit or Credit Card option.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 5 working days. During busier times (big shop updates or holiday season), packing orders can take longer.
Once shipped, your order should take between 2 to 5 days to arrive, however I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves my hands.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. I cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered orders when an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

For international orders, you may be charged local import duties, taxes, customs/tariff charges or handling fees on the arrival of your order. This is out of my control. You are responsible for paying any fees that are due once your order reaches you. There also might be delays due to customs clearance. Any orders returned due to refusal to pay import taxes or duties on arrival will not be refunded original shipping and return costs.

All orders are shipped plastic-free. Products are wrapped in tissue paper, closed with paper tape and shipped in a paper and cardboard envelope.
For international orders outside the EU, I am required to attach an invoice to the outside of packages. Unfortunately, this requires a clear plastic bag to be taped to the box.

I really hope you will be happy with your purchase. If however there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 working days after receiving your order. I can either replace the product(s) or issue a refund. If something gets to you damaged, I do require a photo and an explanation first. Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
If your order is returned due to refusal to pay import taxes and duties on arrival or because it hasn't been picked up, your order will either be refunded (minus the postal cost) or resent (you will have to cover the postal cost). I will contact you to discuss the two options.
If your package gets lost, I can either resend your order or issue a refund. If your order included limited edition items that are no longer available, I can replace them by ones with a similar price, or issue a refund.
If you find something missing or the wrong item in your order, please don't hesitate to contact me so I can make it right. I'm only human and mistakes do happen sometimes. :)
